Wholesale & B2B Policy

1. Partnership Overview

CITYGOO welcomes inquiries from retailers, e-commerce platforms, and professional beauty establishments. Our B2B program is designed to foster sustainable growth through high-quality skincare distribution. By engaging in a wholesale relationship with CITYGOO, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Ordering & MOQ

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All wholesale orders must meet the minimum volume requirements specified in our current wholesale catalog.
• Order Placement: Wholesale orders must be submitted via our designated portal or direct email to sales. We do not accept verbal orders.
• Processing: Once an order is submitted, a pro-forma invoice will be issued. Orders are prepared upon confirmation of payment.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: All wholesale transactions are processed via ACH Transfer or Wire Transfer. We do not accept personal credit cards for bulk orders.
• Terms: Payment must be cleared in full before the release of goods. Net terms may be available for established partners with a verified credit history and signed credit agreement.

4. Logistics & Supply

• Lead Time: Standard lead time for order processing is 3–5 business days, subject to inventory availability.
• Shipping Origin: All shipments originate from our domestic distribution hubs (FOB Shipping Point).
• Freight: Shipping costs are calculated based on pallet weight and destination. Partners may utilize their own preferred freight carriers by providing a valid account number.

5. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect the integrity of the CITYGOO brand and ensure fair competition, all authorized retailers are required to strictly adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

• Compliance: Products must not be advertised online or in print at a price lower than the MSRP set by CITYGOO.
• Enforcement: Failure to comply with MAP guidelines may result in the immediate suspension of wholesale privileges and termination of the partnership.

6. Approved Resell Channels

• Authorized Platforms: Products may only be sold through authorized independent e-commerce stores, physical boutiques, and approved retail locations.
• Amazon Marketplace: Reselling on Amazon is permitted only with explicit written authorization. Approved sellers must strictly adhere to our brand guidelines and monitoring protocols. Unauthorized listing on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns & Damaged Goods

• Claims: Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Defective Products: We stand by our quality. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.
• General Returns: Wholesale purchases are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective. We do not accept returns based on overstock or lack of sales velocity.

8. Intellectual Property & Assets

• Marketing Kit: High-resolution product photography, lifestyle assets, and brand guidelines are provided to approved partners to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Usage: All provided assets are the property of CITYGOO and are licensed for use solely in connection with the marketing and sale of CITYGOO products.
